What does it feel like to be a part of, and within a world that is in turmoil? A world in chaos and in fear of elimination by a virus that has potential to make humanity extinct?

Can you (for a moment) stop and observe your role within that conflict... what you can do to help contain or manage it.

Imagine what all the others around you may be going through...

Their fears, their worries anger/frustration or their sorrows, joy or relief... if any?

In all that is happening around us, we all think and feel differently individually and collectively.

The world is slowly coming to a stand still.

Who are you around? What matters to you the most in this very moment?

Why that or them?

What do you think is your responsibility to yourself, them and the world?

Do you think you're taking enough or too much?

This thinking is the process of what constitutes psychological trauma. Not necessarily what is going on or has gone on, but the way you process it, and how you feel it threatens your life and that of those you care about... Especially what you may feel your responsibility would have been is often what leaves the sense of fear, guilt and or shame.

You may have seen or heard of those dying of this virus that is plaguing the entire planet. You may have experienced this directly or indirectly or wondered if you may be affected...

Take a deep breath or a few, and realise that whatever this is, it will pass, and you will be ok.

Acknowledge that you have a prior responsibility to you first, and those directly dependent on you, your children or elderly family members before you go further afield.

For without you, none of them will matter.

If you must, just do the best you can even if it may not seem to achieve much.

Take a deep breath and let go of your need to control it all, and realise how it all falls nicely in place.

Do all you can to keep safe and keep in contact with others utilising the technology. Please avoid unnecessary risk of exposure during these critical times, until we understand how we can survive this plague.

SOME OF US TAKE TOO MUCH RESPONSIBILITY FOR THINGS, WHILE OTHERS DON'T TAKE ENOUGH... THAT'S JUST THE WAY IT IS.

TOGETHER, WE CAN OVERCOME ANY CHALLENGE AND ACCOMPLISH ANYTHING.
