Why negative thoughts around in mind?..why suffering Insomnia??

Well the basic reason could be that you are lonely or you are surrounded by people who make you think negative or due to certain events happening in your life. When you are stressed it eventually affects your sleeping habit. Try not to think too much negative and try doing something that makes you happy. Surround yourself with people who bring out the best in you and who can help you come out of your negative thoughts. Our mind is really good at taking your greatest fears and projecting them and catastrophizing them and just creating the worst possible case scenarios for us. Whatever our greatest fears are in life, chances are that we might have a lot of negative thoughts around that fear. So now from where do they originate?
