Staying at home for so long due to this pandemic is affecting my mental health and I think it has made me a different person in wrong ways. What should I do to check if everything is alright with me??

Keep yourself active & busy. Due to the pandemic, there has been a drastic change in our lifestyle. We need to set new patterns and find new ways to keep ourselves occipied. So, outline the activities and keep yourself busy. That will help you to regain confidence and a positive mental health.

Accepting and embracing the new normal is the focus. We will have to learn new coping skills to deal with our present situation.
