I think I’m depressed but I don’t want to tell anyone. But all this is becoming too much for me to handle. I cannot concentrate or sleep or study. I have no will to spend time with my family or enjoy things. What to do??

Thank you for connecting to Rich Psych.  If you feel that you are going through depression then you can contact counsellors of Rich Psych. The counsellors will help you to overcome your present problem or seek professional help.  Till you contact the counsellors, you can steucture you day and try to follow it - you may add some exercise like free hand exercise or walking, you can connect with friends and relatives and talk to them, you can do some joyrnaling, you can pursue your hobbies like gardening, listening to music etc . Try not to over think. Try not to brood over things.  Hope this helps !
