I hate doing exercise. I know it's important but I just cannot get myself to do it. How can I motivate myself??

Find something you would love doing - that will give you the same benefits of exercise. There are many things such as – tai chi, yoga, walking, running, dancercise, aerobics, swimming, hiking, rock climbing, etc. Do some more research on things available and choose what you would love to do. Once you start doing what you love to do - self-motivation would not be needed.

Hey there.. I understand your predicament. Well you need to understand that as food, water and the air we breathe are important so is our health. You can start by not setting high goals for yourself. Start small, like just 15 mins of stretching, or breathing exercises and gradually increase the time. You can set a specific time which you are comfortable with...it is not necessary that you have to do it in the morning only...it can be in the afternoon or evening too, whichever time you are comfortable with. Don't make it a task.. make it interesting like putting on the music or a video you can follow etc. You can also do different activities everyday so that it takes away the monotony. I'm sure if you make just a few changes you'll be able to achieve what you want. Remember to start small for it's easy to climb a hillock than to climb a mountain the very first time. All the best. More power to you!!
