I feel very depressed. I don't know how to deal with it? Please help!?

We may feel depressed due to many reasons, viz. our body hormonal changes, the situations around us, the thoughts we tend to have, etc. One or all, play their part. Getting down to the main cause of your depressed feelings is important. As a temporary measure - listening to pleasant/happy music, going for a leisurely walk, talking to happy people, listening to good clean jokes, etc. will lift your moods/feelings - but it is a temporary measure. You will need to talk to a therapist. He/she will be able to help you understand what is happenning. Then through conversation and dialogue - they will help you handle and deal with it effectively. There are always answers - you will find them.

Depression is very common and there are various ways to deal with it through counselling/psychotherapy. As all individuals are unique, your therapist will need to understand your situation, experiences, thoughts and feelings to help you deal with it. Would highly recommend working with a counsellor for your concerns.
