I am trying to lose weight since a long time. I tried exercises and diets but I cannot follow through to them. I easily get demotivated and leave them after a few days. What should I do to keep myself motivated??

Dear friend, I could understand your frustration regarding demotivation. We tend to get motivated only for those goals, which are Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Time bound! If your goal is not fitting the criteria of SMART, then it doesn't work. Also, you need to get your thyroid profile checked. If your overweight is due to some hormonal imbalance, then just exercise and diet does not work, you need to consult an Endocrinologist. Kindly remember your weight is based on many factors. There is no one straightforward remedy for everyone! Kindly get appointment for counseling, if you wanted specific response.
