1. Identify what is making you anxious. 2. Take necessary steps to handle it. 3. Once you feel you can handle whatever is making you anxious - the anxiety will go. 4. However, this may not be easy. If you feel, you are unable to do it on your own, contact a counsellor and have a chat.

All emotions are an integral part of human personality. And anxiety is one of the emotions, which serve specific purposes under specific circumstances. So the question to your question is why do you want to get rid off anxiety. Just have few deep breaths and relax and then have a meeting with your counsellor. Things are so very easy. Enjoy your wellness and be happy.
