Well the fact that they don't care about you should be enough for to not to care for them in return. Not everyone is capable of our care and love. You need to distract yourself from paying attention to that person. Do things you would want to do for yourself. Fulfill your hobbies, your dreams. Life is too short to waste it on people who don't care about you. If you still need help then take up a session here at Rich Psych and let us help you out!

Well it's good that you are able to realise that you care for the person who doesn't care for you. There are many people who don't realise this. Now you should be strong enough to handle yourself.. Just try to ignore that person.. You are been taken for granted.. So stop showing your care and concerns to that person.. Instead you show that care and concerns to the person who deserves it.. Hope so you get along well soon.. If you have any problems then please come to our team.. We are always here to help you out.

Hello there! You have asked quite a sensitive question about what you're going through. It can be very difficult to face the reality of someone else's feelings about us and you've shown strength by accepting that. But, caring about someone takes effort and energy like any other activity. Counseling can help you in trying to understand how these feelings can be channeled towards yourself and build more supportive relationships with those around you.
