Anxiety if not dealt with properly, can cause a lot of issues later. It's very important to sleep well, take time out for yourself and do what you like to do, eat balanced and healthy meals and also include a cheat day! Exercise daily, try zumba, go for a walk alone or with a friend who you like to spend time with. Maintain friendly relations with people around you, socialise well enough with people around. I am sure if you try some of these, you may be able to control your anxiety.
