Hello, thanks for sharing your concerns with Rich Psych. Lack of human contact in this period is a hard burden, indeed, and I can understand this is had to bear. It seems you are taking care of yourself with hobbies, and this is fine; have you got the possibility to get in touch with people via Internet, or any social media? It is not the same thing, of course, but it could help to loosen the feeling of loneliness. I might also suggest you to get in touch with one of our counselors or psychologists to find a personalized solution. Stay safe!

Thanks for connecting with Rich Psych. I can understand your problems. At present as you are away from home and cannot get in touch with anyone.. best you can do is to connect virtually through phone or laptop. When you feel lonely you can call up your family or friends. Talking helps to alleviate loneliness and boredom. You can also try video calling. You can do some kind of exercise daily like walking in the room or terrace if possible. Relaxation exercise like breathing in and breathing out slowly also helps sometimes. Try to keep in mind that this is a temporary phase of life. Connect with others and try to relax! In case you need help book a session at Rich Psych to talk to our counsellors who can help you to resolve your problems!

Greetings! You appear to be taking good care of yourself and for that you deserve compliments. You have posted this question is a step in right direction. Now please make a list of all actual troubles you are facing while living alone in the house during lockdown. Like feeling loneliness, effect on hunger and eating, & sleep patterns, uneasy thoughts, fear, anger, disturbance in finances, and necessary home activities of close family members etc...etc... Share this with your psychologist/counsellor on chat, call, or video and openly discuss all issues. This site has many plans to suit the needs. That is the best and right approach to the conditions you feel yourself in. Best wishes and compliments.
