Does online counselling really work??

Counseling always works if done in the right manner. Such as, as a person you need to open yourself and keep in front of the counselor because only then they will be able to help you out. And never think you willl be judged for anything that you say, you can say whatever, whenever and however you wish to. Online or face - to - face counseling is very similar, you just dont have the person physically present in front of you in an online counseling, that's the only difference.

Hi, hope you are doing well. Online or offline counselling does work. Various techniques and styles are used by counsellors. Me being a Solution Focused therapist can confidently say that Counselling helps the concerned person so that they may bounce back and move on in life. Any kind of counseling is good but it also depends on the issue where your emotions n expressions are important to be observed by the counselor.
