Can someone give me some tips to reduce my stress at work??

Hi, to give specific tips, we would need to know more about what exactly is stressing you out at work, what kind of work environment you have as well as more about you. Some general tips to de-stress include spending time with friends/family, in a hobby, trying to dedicate certain time in a day (even 15mins) for yourself as "me time" where you focus on taking care of yourself. Also on your day off try to engage in hobbies/activities that you enjoy doing. Also focus on eating well and staying hydrated. If you are finding it hard to maintain work life balance or feel pressured by tour work, do book a session with any Counsellor here.

The following is the idea I shared with stress related query. Posting the same for you .. adding to it is Please prioritise your work and learn to say no! When doing work for someone else and they just chill. :) Hi, very valid query in these demanding situations in life. Sit down with a cup of coffee or tea. Take few sheets and a pen. Randomly just note down at what time of the day you get stressed? Who do you interreact at that time? Is there any pending work? once you start getting words for above questions sit back.. make a plan.. If you are unable to do so take a couple of session and get moving in life. You are a great person, a pause in life okay just don’t stagnate, you will do great in life once you leap over this stress puddle. All the best and take care!
