At night when I try to sleep, random thoughts race in my mind. I can neither concentrate on one thing nor stop them. All these cause headache and I am unable to sleep. Please help.?

Thank you for connecting Rich Psych.  I suggest the following :  1. Before 1 hour of your sleep time do not do any work ( official). You can try to relax.  2. Before going to sleep try not to use your mibile as blue light of mobile interferes with the sleep.  3. Before going to sleep avoid worries . Try to keep aside a separate time for worries. Tell yourself i will not worry at bed time but will worry in my worry time.  4  if you do not get sleep after going to bed, get up from bed and you can sit somewhere else but not on the bed.  Go back to your bed when you feel sleepy again . 5. You can try to keep your bedroom cosy and comfortable - use your bed only for sleeping.  Hope you find these tips helpful!
