I'm really sensitive to everything in my day to day life, what should I do to build up my confidence? ?

You can start by doing some introspection. Just reflect on the reasons for becoming sensitive. List down the things / issues that are making you sensitive. Write the reasons for it. Once you gain an insight, you can start dealings with the issues in a positive way. Slowly, your confidence will build up.

It is good that you are knowing your weaknesses. Now you need to work on those weaknesses. You can create short time goals and strictly adhere to it. As you complete your goals one by one you will increase your self-confidence. Once you are complete short term goals, then you can plan for long term goals. You can take assistance of psychotherapist like me to choose and plan your goals.
